CEEIARAGON organizes, with the collaboration of the law firm Cuatrecasas, a technical conference in online format to present the main practical aspects of shareholders’ agreements or “shareholders’ agreements”.
The aim of the session is to explain, from a practical point of view, the main characteristics of this type of agreement and the most common clauses in practice.
