Next March 23rd, Thursday, from 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled “ARE WE SINKING THE COMPANY? SELF-ANALYSIS OF THE STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE COMPANY”.
With this suggestive title we want to reflect in today’s Breakfast on the concept of Strategic Planning in the Company. A concept closely linked to the essence of our activity, and one that we are very prone to become self-absorbed with from within our company, to think that we know “everything” about it – of course, that’s why it is “our company”, isn’t it?
But, are we sure that these “mine” assumptions are the most suitable for running my business? Strategic bases, changes, culture, adaptation to the environment, value offer, perceived quality,…all these factors are taken for granted in the company. But what happens if we subject ourselves to a courageous, sincere and unbiased self-assessment?
