On Wednesday, March 29 from 12:00 to 13:00 hours CEEIARAGON organizes a technical conference in digital format to publicize the so-called Startups Law (Law 28/2022 of December 21 to Promote the Ecosystem of Emerging Companies).
The objective of the session is to expose the main novelties from the commercial, labor and tax point of view, recently approved to boost the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem and the promotion of the creation and growth of companies, through the so-called “Startups Law” and the one known as “Crea y Crece Law”.
The new Startups Law is an important step towards boosting the entrepreneurial-investor ecosystem in Spain. It has important consequences for entrepreneurs and investors so it is very important to know it whether you are an entrepreneur or an investor.
For this conference, we will have the collaboration of Cuatrecasas, an international law firm, with the expertise of Guillermo Royo, from the area of financial and tax law, Natalia Úbeda, from the area of labor law, and Pablo Villanova, from the area of commercial law.
