Once the initial phase in the development of a startup is over, we must immediately think about how to scale our company in an orderly and efficient manner. To do this, as a starting point, there is a need to know in depth our “playing field”, the “ground” we walk on, so that the leaps we make as a company are well founded.
Thus, in today’s Digital Breakfast, we will give the keys to game awareness, a key concept in the business world that refers to the ability of an organization to understand its competitive environment, anticipate the movements of competitors and quickly adapt its strategies. It involves constant monitoring of the market, reading strategic signals and high adaptability. By applying this concept, companies can identify opportunities, avoid threats and coordinate internal actions in an agile manner, ensuring a competitive advantage in a dynamic environment. It is a key tool for innovation and differentiation in complex markets.
José Antonio de Miguel, an experienced strategy and innovation consultant in complex and highly uncertain environments, president of the Association for the Promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Culture and author of several publications on start-up management, will speak on these topics and subjects. His latest book, recently published, is entitled: “BUSINESS MODELS. Problem solving and value creation”. José Antonio de Miguel will be joined by another experienced strategy and innovation consultant, Manuel Juanes.
