Next October 27th, Thursday, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled: “THE IMPORTANCE OF WELL-BEING IN COMPANIES. ANOTHER FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS”.
There are several factors that enhance the productivity of companies and one of them, undoubtedly, is the motivation of the staff of the companies. If, in addition, as research shows, there is a clear decrease in the talent available to companies, these intangible factors of motivation and emotional commitment of employees are of great importance today, which makes it necessary for companies to manage them correctly.
Thus, research shows that the way forward is through the generation of well-being in production centers, but what are the pillars on which this well-being is based, how to build these fundamental pillars, what personal skills are required, is their construction very costly, etc.?
To discuss these issues we have the participation of Estrella Bernal, professor of the Department of Management and Business Organization of the Faculty of Economics of Zaragoza and specialist in Leadership, Team Management and Disruptive Change Management in the company.
