Next September 29th, Thursday, from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled: “THE IMPORTANCE OF THE MACROENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS IN THE DETERMINATION OF THE STRATEGY OF A START UP”.
With this Breakfast we want to highlight the importance of qualitative analysis in the strategic management of companies, in a way that complements other types of analysis and valuations of an economic and financial nature, and that allow companies to be more adaptable in the current environment of generalized uncertainty.
In this sense, the so-called PESTEL analyses -in which political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, environmental and legal factors of the geographical environment in which the company operates are addressed-, have the ultimate objective of helping to make decisions related to the positioning of the company and how to strengthen it.
Thus, a correct analysis of these factors has undoubted advantages, among which we can highlight the following:
- Detect new business opportunities.
- Detecting possible threats and being able to anticipate them.
- Greater capacity to adapt to change.
- A great imbrication with the company’s strategy.
- Allows optimization in the management of company resources.
