Next June 19, Wednesday, from 9.30 am to 10.00 am we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled: “STRATEGY IN THE COMPANY: NEED AND OPPORTUNITY”.
Strategic planning in a company is not an option. It never has been, and at times like the present, the statement takes more force. It involves each and every area of the company, it has to combine objectives, possibilities, internal and external conditioning factors and, of course, it requires the necessary business commitment, a sincere analysis and objectives on the horizon.
Strategic decisions have to be made. Let us review the bases of these decisions. The future of our project depends on their quality, and the cost of not making them is too high. So, let’s deploy the strategic vision, set valid objectives and chart the way to achieve them. We need a map to guide the steps that contemplate the resources to be used and propose alternatives that allow us to be flexible to adapt to the changing environment we face.
The benefits of having a strategy in the company are obvious: it provides the company with direction and focus, allows adaptation to change and to new challenges and opportunities, enables efficient use of resources, improves decision-making, alignment of organizations, etc.
To discuss these issues we had the intervention of Enrique Jarne, expert consultant in strategic planning and marketing, project manager and trainer, and Director of the Éntasis Consultoría Group, a company specialized in strategic planning, internationalization, branding, and project implementation services.
