Next June 22nd, Thursday, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled “CONSCIOUS AND EMOTIONAL ENTREPRENEURIALISM. THE IMPORTANCE OF A GOOD EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTREPRENEUR”.
Nowadays, all people -and entrepreneurs too-, face different emotional problems derived from our rhythm and lifestyles. Thus, entrepreneurs can also suffer limiting symptoms such as blockages, fears, anxiety, frustration, saturation, …, and thus spoil to a greater or lesser extent the management and development of their business project.
For this reason it is necessary to know and apply different tools to carry out an adequate emotional management, which allows each one of us:
. To avoid reaching those limiting symptoms that we have indicated above.
. To know how to face an emotional crisis when it arises.
. To build a framework of trust and security, so necessary in a business management environment.
To discuss these issues, the need for self-knowledge, the management of emotions and the resources we can use to build confidence, we will be joined by Eugenia Cavero, an industrial psychologist from the University of Deusto, emotional trainer and specialist in the psychology of entrepreneurship, subjects in which she has extensive professional experience.
We will also have the presence of Álex García from Xelab, a company belonging to the CEEI Community. Xelab is a company of digital technologists who provide technology consulting services accurately. As well as, they develop digital projects from A to Z, exploring different alternatives and allowing to find multiple solutions.
