Let’s meet the guest of Ances Academy: JAVIER MARTÍNEZ, specialist in business strategy.
Current managing director of CEEIARAGON, he has launched several innovative programs such as “neo”, ‘matriX’ and “BOOST plans”.
Throughout his career, he has worked as a consultant specializing in business strategy, while he has launched several entrepreneurial projects. Some of them participated by BA and CR.
In addition, he has collaborated with various entities such as the University of Zaragoza, the Chamber of Commerce, the Aragonese Development Institute and Ibercaja in initiatives to support entrepreneurship.
He has been CEO of scalabBle for more than 12 years, a think tank focused on competitiveness, management, politics and economics. He has also collaborated in the implementation of the “Spin UP” program of the University of Zaragoza, the “Emplea-t y Emprende” program of Ibercaja, and “Aragón Invierte”, programs to support university entrepreneurship projects.
In addition, he has had an active participation in Aragonese politics for eight years, as a member of the Regional Parliament of Aragon. In this role, he has been Spokesman for Economy and Employment and Spokesman for Finance. He has also been speaker in the Law of support and promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment in Aragon.
He is also the creator of a model of strategic management in uncertain environments called “Relative Management”.
